Role Overview

This is a highly administrative and process-driven role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately and consistently. You will work closely with the business owner and play a key role in ensuring customer enquiries, documentation, scheduling, compliance requirements, and operational processes are managed efficiently.

What You Will Do

Accurately enter and maintain customer information across multiple systems. Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Manage the business owner's calendar and appointments. Monitor and manage shared inboxes.
