**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Virtual Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing regular client interfacing via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure seamless customer support
* Managing email communications, calendars, and tasks to drive efficiency and excellence
* Developing, executing, and maintaining standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes to drive efficiency and excellence
* Performing administrative tasks associated with CRM software and other tools to support our team's efforts
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
* Experience working remotely (preferred)
* Availability to work during business hours (Monday - Friday) with a minimum of 10 hours/week availability
* Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects (preferred)
* Proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) and common online programs/software used by small business owners
* A Mac (preferred) or PC Computer with webcam, fast and reliable internet connection, and smartphone with email capabilities
