Demonstrates Reliability and Commitment

Attendance and commitment to being present for your full shift each day is crucial to ensuring we're ready and available to help our customers when they need us most. For unexpected events or issues, we require our associates to be proactive in their communication and planning whenever possible. Your reliability directly impacts our ability to deliver exceptional service consistently.

Handles High Volume of Customer Contacts

You will handle an estimated 50-60 phone calls per shift in this fast-paced, highly structured environment. There is minimal downtime in this position as you'll typically be on back-to-back calls throughout your entire shift. If you thrive under pressure and enjoy staying busy, this role is perfect for you.

Meets Our High Performance Standards

You'll work to exceed customer satisfaction benchmarks, excel in meeting customer service efficiency metrics, and take on other responsibilities as assigned. We're looking for individuals who are naturally driven to exceed expectations and take pride in their performance.

Engages Customers Across Multiple Channels

You'll be the voice of arenaflex and work to build lasting relationships with customers who contact us through inbound phone calls, chats, and emails. Topics range from returns, replacements, delivery inquiries, product availability, order status checks, and much more. Your ability to connect with diverse customers will be key to your success.

Actively Listens and Shows Empathy

You will actively listen to understand relevant customer information to find the best way to solve their problems quickly and thoroughly. Empathy is at the core of everything we do – understanding the customer's perspective allows you to provide solutions that truly address their needs.

De-Escalates Customer Concerns Professionally

Most customers contact us because they've experienced a problem and need your help. You will use your exceptional conflict management skills to balance the needs of the customer with the available business options while always maintaining professional composure. Your goal is to turn potentially negative experiences into positive ones.

Problem Solves with Analytical Thinking

Solutions aren't one-size-fits-all, which is why our customer service associates don't read from pre-populated scripts. You'll be given a significant level of autonomy to help customers find the right solution. You'll need to think analytically to solve customer problems using a first-contact resolution approach.

Multitasks Effectively in a Technology-Rich Environment

You'll need to juggle navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens in order to quickly and effectively answer questions. The ideal customer service representative will be familiar with computers and can effectively navigate technology on a daily basis. Comfort with digital tools is essential for success in this role.

Identifies and Escalates Systemic Issues
