This part-time remote position requires candidates to reside in Ohio and involves additional duties as assigned, emphasizing teamwork and individual accountability in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Process child support payments in the SDU system according to Standard Operating Procedures. , • Perform additional duties as assigned. , • Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures. , • Collect, research, organize, and analyze data as needed. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent required. , • At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field. , • Proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, and 10 key pad. , • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. , • Strong interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy.
