Key Responsibilities

- Professional Onboarding: Welcome new service professionals to the arenaflex network by guiding them through our onboarding process. Ensure they understand all available tools, resources, and operational procedures to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Education: Educate both customers and service providers about the benefits of utilizing the arenaflex platform. Demonstrate how our services simplify home maintenance and help professionals grow their businesses.
- Quote Facilitation and Sales Support: Work directly with customers to facilitate price quotes, answer questions about services, and guide them through the booking process. Support efforts to close deals and convert inquiries into completed transactions.
- Documentation and Follow-up: Accurately record all customer interactions using electronic tracking systems. Ensure end-to-end support by conducting research, following up on pending matters, and verifying that matches between professionals and customers result in successful service outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest process improvements. Collaborate with team members and leadership to implement best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
