- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience developing analytical, statistical, or machine learning models to extract insights and address business challenges, preferably in a retail or consumer goods setting.
- Web Analytics Expertise: Proficiency in web analytics and visitor segmentation, utilizing data to drive informed decisions and improve online customer experiences. Understanding of digital customer journey analysis and conversion optimization.
- Team Leadership: Experience leading small teams in rapid and accurate data analysis, feature definition, and innovative problem-solving for business challenges. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong aptitude for working on intricate business problems and developing data-driven narratives that support strategic decision-making at all organizational levels.
