Job Description:As a Client AI Solution Lead, you connect business needs with innovative technology. You identify market opportunities and turn them into clear sales strategies, building a strong pipeline around our OptimAI offerings. These AI solutions are grouped into two key domains: Supply Chain Optimization & Planning (forecasting, simulation, and optimization) and Smart Search & Assistance (Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI).
You proactively explore the market and bring in new business, combining a strong hunting mindset with a consultative approach. You engage new prospects, open doors, and build lasting relationships.
By analyzing customer needs and market dynamics, you shape a targeted sales approach. Together with technical teams, you co-create tailored, value-driven solutions and proposals that are both commercially compelling and technically sound.
You actively represent the company at events and through networking, turning interactions into concrete opportunities. In close collaboration with marketing, you support lead generation and continuously optimize outreach and messaging.
With a strong consultancy mindset and commercial drive, you understand client challenges, manage sales cycles, and contribute directly to sustainable growth.
