Job Description:
• Support full‑cycle internal recruiting for Onward Search, including roles across Sales, Recruiting, Leadership (VP‑level), and emerging business divisions
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal tools, and proactive outreach
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain momentum in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Provide a strong candidate experience while moving quickly and decisively
• Assist in building and shaping new divisions alongside internal leadership
Requirements:
• Prior recruiting experience required; agency or staffing experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to work with speed, urgency, and minimal oversight
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families and seniority levels
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously
• Ability to step in quickly and operate independently
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
