What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

- Product Expertise: Develop deep expertise in arenaflex's comprehensive product features, current promotions, frequently asked questions, and industry solutions. Stay up-to-date on new offerings and market trends to provide accurate, valuable information to every visitor.
- Process Optimization: Create and refine canned responses to improve efficiency and consistency across all chat interactions. Enhance the tagging system within our live chat platform to streamline lead categorization and follow-up processes.
