Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Customer Experience Specialist will be diverse and engaging. Here's what you can expect:

- Escalation Management: Identify interactions that require supervisory intervention or specialized support. Properly document and escalate complex issues to ensure timely and appropriate resolution while maintaining detailed records.
- Payment Processing: Respond to requests for assistance with billing inquiries, payment processing, and account management. Ensure accuracy and security in all financial transactions while providing exceptional service.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions for auditing, quality assurance, and reporting purposes. Track call-related information, issue resolution, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Process Improvement Feedback: Provide constructive feedback on call issues, recurring problems, and process inefficiencies. Collaborate with your team and supervisors to identify opportunities for enhancing customer service procedures.
- Sales Acumen: Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional products, services, or solutions that may benefit them. Upsell when appropriate while maintaining a customer-focused approach that prioritizes needs over quotas.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or related fields is a plus.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
- Professional Experience: Proven call center or customer service experience is required. Familiarity with high-volume customer interaction environments is strongly preferred.
