About This Role

As a Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-facing operations. You'll oversee both in-store customer service and our growing e-commerce programs, including order picking, fulfillment, and customer pickup experiences. This position requires a unique blend of leadership, operational expertise, and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our Store Leadership team to ensure seamless execution of all front-end processes while developing and mentoring a team of dedicated Team Members.
