As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for small business owners who rely on our services to grow their operations. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, with shifts available between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We specifically need team members with afternoon and weekend availability, as these are peak times when our customers need us most. Weekend shifts come with a shift differential as an incentive for your flexibility.
You'll work five eight-hour shifts per week in our Ogden, Utah office, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work arrangement after 90 days of exceptional performance. After training is complete and you've demonstrated your awesomeness, you may have the chance to work from home while remaining based in Utah.
This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods, communicate clearly over the phone, and work on a computer for the duration of your shift. You'll be working in a professional office environment with a supportive team that's always ready to lend a hand.
