What You’ll Do Each Day at careerzynith

As a Healthcare Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for members seeking assistance with their health plan. Your primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional experience on every interaction while helping members understand and maximize their coverage. You’ll balance empathy with accuracy, combining strong product knowledge with the ability to navigate systems and processes efficiently.

Residency & Work Location Requirements

careerzynith supports a remote workforce across the United States. We are currently not hiring candidates residing in Alaska (AK), California (CA), or Hawaii (HI), or candidates living outside of the United States. Candidates residing in Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington State, and Washington, D.C. will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on current business needs. All other U.S. states are open and encouraged to apply.
