Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties

- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information about Marketplace health‑care plans, eligibility requirements, enrollment steps, and related resources.

- Transfer or refer callers to appropriate internal teams or external agencies when issues exceed the scope of the limited‑service role.
- Facilitate the delivery of requested materials (e.g., enrollment forms, benefit summaries) via mail, email, or secure download links.
