Position Overview: What You'll Do
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our Pharmacy Benefits Management division. You'll handle inbound calls from members who have questions about their prescription coverage, medication options, and mail-order pharmacy services. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service with empathy, answering questions and resolving concerns on the first call whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to Inbound Member Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from members seeking information about their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription coverage, copays, deductibles, and medication options.
- Insurance and Coverage Support: Answer questions regarding prescription insurance policies, explaining coverage details, eligibility, and helping members understand their benefits.
- Mail Order Prescription Assistance: Guide members through the process of setting up mail-order prescriptions, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to home delivery pharmacy services.
- First-Call Resolution: Strive to resolve member questions and concerns during the initial contact, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Documentation and Accuracy: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions using our customer relationship management systems.
- Product and Process Knowledge: Stay current on PBM policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to members.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of six (6) months of experience interacting with customers in a professional setting. This can include call center environments, retail positions, hospitality industry roles, or even military experience that demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: A verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required for this position.
- Technical Requirements: You must maintain your own internet connection with approved speed requirements and a dedicated, secure workspace free from distractions to ensure productivity and confidentiality.
- Compliance: Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance is mandatory, as you'll be handling sensitive member health information.
- Location: This position is dedicated to the South East Region and requires you to reside in one of the following states: Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, or Tennessee.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Call Center Experience: One (1) or more years of experience working in a call center environment, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Healthcare Background: Familiarity with healthcare terminology, pharmacy operations, or insurance processes is highly valued.
- Work From Home Experience: Previous experience working remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a home-based work environment.
- Healthcare Certification: Certifications such as a Medical Assistant certification or related credentials are a plus and may be considered an asset.

Schedule Details
We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle. Our call centers operate seven days a week, and depending on your assigned shift, your hours may vary:
- Work From Home (WFT) Employees: Available hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST.
- Onsite Call Center Employees: Available hours are 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.
