Dental Marketing Specialist

Sacramento Area

 

The Marketing Specialist serves as a regional growth strategist responsible for strengthening referral partnerships and driving measurable business results across 14 practices in the Sacramento market. This role combines relationship management, business analytics, marketing strategy, and operational alignment to support sustained specialty practice growth.

Unlike practice-level marketing roles, this position operates at a regional level, partnering with endodontists, Area/Regional Managers, Practice Managers, and marketing leadership to execute outreach initiatives that scale across multiple practices. The focus is on strategic relationship development, data-driven decision-making, and creating accountability through structured business reviews.

This is not a recruiting role, it's a high-impact, outward-facing role that ensures our specialists remain trusted partners within the broader dental community.

Responsibilities:

Regional Relationship Development & Strategic Field Engagement

Regional Marketing Strategy, Campaign Execution & Budget Ownership

Data Analysis, KPI Tracking & Business Reviews

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 per year.
