We are currently seeking an exceptional leader to serve as our Director, Partner & Customer Service. You'll be responsible for the strategy, planning, operations, delivery, programs, financials, and continuous improvement of our world-class customer and partner experience through multi-disciplinary global contact centers and related functions.
