About The Role
Our Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in arenaflex's financial hardship programs. They are arenaflex's caring voice to the client and guide them from enrollment through graduation. Our Customer Service Representative possesses a "second-to-none" work ethic and an upbeat, positive, and passionate attitude about customer service.
By responding promptly to client requests and possessing an acute awareness that allows them to anticipate the client's needs and exceed expectations, our Client Success Department is critical to the success of maintaining arenaflex's white glove service standard. As a Customer Service Representative, you will complete a four-week comprehensive training program to become an expert in arenaflex's financial hardship programs. After you successfully complete training, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service and a positive experience to our clients.
The Client Success Specialist role is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our collaborative team. Our call center operates 7 days a week to ensure we're available when our clients need us most. The hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM CST and Saturday through Sunday 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST. The ability to work weekends and evenings is required for this position, as we believe in providing exceptional support whenever our clients need it.
What You'll Do
As a vital member of our Client Success team, you'll be responsible for a wide range of duties that contribute to our mission of helping clients achieve financial freedom:
- Exceptional Customer Service: Above all else, provide a helpful and caring customer service experience over high volume inbound and outbound client phone calls of varying complexity. Respond to client requests, anticipate unstated needs, and educate them on our programs in a remote call center environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and empathy.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve client issues by utilizing active listening and critical thinking to provide first call resolution with a focus on building lasting customer relationships. Research through multiple computer programs and systems simultaneously and document information, activities, and changes in the CRM database for client accounts. Apply various troubleshooting techniques to resolve complicated technical or configuration issues.
- Continuous Learning: Continuously learn, interpret, and utilize company and industry knowledge, practices, and procedures to deliver accurate and up-to-date solutions. Stay current with evolving industry regulations and arenaflex program offerings to provide the most relevant guidance to clients.

Essential Qualifications
- Call Center Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Call Center Experience Required, with high volume experience being highly preferred. You should be comfortable handling a fast-paced environment with multiple calls throughout your shift.
- Technical Requirements: Reliable, High Speed Internet connection is required. You must have a home office setup that supports stable connectivity for remote work, including the ability to use multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer technical skills with the ability to learn and navigate complex systems quickly. Proficiency in CRM software and the ability to adapt to new technologies as they are implemented.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and listening abilities. You must be able to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Customer Service Orientation: You operate with understanding, active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers. A genuine desire to help people through difficult situations is essential.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to independently handle routine and complex client inquiries. You should be confident in your problem-solving abilities and comfortable making decisions that benefit the client.
- Work Environment: Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment. You must have a dedicated workspace that allows you to focus fully on client interactions.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as our call center operates extended hours to serve our clients when they need us most.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual - Spanish: While not required, fluency in Spanish is highly preferred and will be a significant asset in serving our diverse client base.
- Financial Services Background: Previous experience in financial services, debt management, or related fields is a plus but not required. We'll provide comprehensive training to ensure you succeed.
- Additional Languages: Knowledge of other languages beyond English and Spanish is always welcome.
