Position Overview: Client Assistance Agent
As a Client Assistance Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in our member support operations. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to balance your personal and professional responsibilities while serving our valued members.
In this role, you will:
- Handle Inbound Member Calls: Respond to incoming calls from members seeking assistance with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be the trusted resource they turn to when they need answers about their prescription coverage.
- Provide Coverage Information: Answer questions about prescription drug coverage, explain medication benefits, and help members understand their options. Your knowledge and guidance will empower members to maximize their healthcare benefits.
