**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for managing new properties received from our SFR business line. This entails:
* Managing a portfolio of properties for our clients within our SalesForce database
* Communicating with our Relocation Directors specific listing details
* Reviewing documentation to determine the condition of properties
* Requesting repair bids from our partnered vendors as needed
* Acting as a facilitator between our clients and vendors regarding bid approvals, counters, and declined bids
* Communicating all details pertaining to repairs with our Relocation Directors
* Proactively following up to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
* Reviewing broker updates for action needed
* Reviewing inspection details to determine if additional repairs, credits, or concessions are requested and/or required that will impact closing
* Following up on each property in your portfolio until the property has closed
**Requisite Skills**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2-3 years of business experience, preferably in the real estate industry
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
* Strong attention to detail
* Planning and organization skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to relate to our clients and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
* Regular and consistent attendance/punctuality
* Embraces diversity and inclusion
* SalesForce experience is preferred
