Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, building trust and creating sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. You'll apply your problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations, ensuring that every member interaction is a positive and memorable experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional service to every caller, building trust and creating sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. * Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations. * Effectively handle customer concerns by utilizing available resources to provide accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution, while keeping records of all interactions and changes. * Confidentially handle policy owner information and ensure compliance and communication standards are met. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a dynamic work environment that supports the growth and development of our associates.
