At arenaflex, the sky is the limit! **Responsibilities** As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues. * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * Providing feedback on call issues. * Upselling if required. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
