**Key Responsibilities:**
* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customers' insurance policies, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
* Assist customers with policy coverage, billing, and modifications, providing clear and concise information to ensure their understanding
* Utilize system tools to search for answers and information, resolving complex situations with limited information
* Develop strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field

* Basic conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage emotions and show resiliency in stressful situations
