As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, helping them overcome technical issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries via FreshDesk email and live chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their technical and billing-related issues. * Troubleshooting complex technical problems and collaborating with our product and support teams to resolve customer pain points. * Developing a deep understanding of our platform and billing systems, enabling you to provide expert guidance and support to our customers. * Maintaining a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers, even in challenging situations. * Collaborating with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and support across departments. * Staying up-to-date with platform updates and changes, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible support to our customers. * Using your creativity and humor to close customer tickets with a smile, making their experience with arenaflex a positive one. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience working within a SaaS company, preferably in a customer support or technical support role. * Prior technical support experience, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. * Tech-savviness, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. * Superior customer service skills, with a focus on being responsive, compassionate, resourceful, and solution-oriented. * Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions or draw reasonable conclusions from provided information and context. * A passion for working directly with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Knowledge of Freshdesk ticket systems and escalations processes. * Experience working with an escalations team and Slack. * Familiarity with our platform and billing systems. **What You'll Love About arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and empowering.
