Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or operations management.
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on sales, customer service, or operations management.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other internal partners.
