**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide timely, accurate, and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents for Personal Lines products and programs
* Independently solve problems relating to policies within scope and escalate others as appropriate
* Identify, analyze, and own customer policy needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of business
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex policy issues and improve customer experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Active Producer insurance license REQUIRED in addition to at least 1 year actively using the license
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a virtual team
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
* Reliable, wired internet connectivity with an upload speed of at least 5Mbps and a download speed of at least 25Mbps
* Quiet, secure, distraction-free workspace
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Experience working in a call center or customer response center environment
* Familiarity with insurance products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
