* Provide product and service information to customers, educating them about arenaflex's offerings and answering any questions they may have.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently, working collaboratively to solve customer problems.
* Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records, utilizing excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
* Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
**Requirements:**
* Strong communication skills with excellent written English, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely through chat.
