Why You Will Love This Role
This position is a critical part of our Technology Transformation group within the Information Technology Division and is essential to the success of our transformation program. As a Senior IT Performance Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to enable our technology vision and mission. You will be responsible for providing analytical insights, generating and managing scorecards and comprehensive reporting that tracks the overall progress of arenaflex's technology transformation, leading to key insights for leaders at all levels, including executives.
You will have the opportunity to partner with data analytics teams throughout the organization to perform sophisticated data analysis, develop and implement strategies, build forecast models, and drive best practices within technology and product group processes. This role offers excellent visibility into the organization's strategic initiatives and provides a platform to showcase your analytical expertise to senior leadership.
What You Will Do
As a Senior IT Performance Reporting Analyst at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performance Metrics Management: Define and track performance metrics, expand scorecards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across technology teams
- Strategic Reporting Development: Develop reporting and predictive models to drive data-informed decisions and shape organizational strategy
- Data Integration & Analysis: Integrate and manage large data sets to help craft compelling narratives that enable technology and business leaders to make informed decisions by providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions
- Executive Communication: Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams in a clear, concise, and impactful manner
- Best Practices Implementation: Drive adoption of best practices in analytics and reporting methodologies across the organization
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in reporting processes
- Project Support: Complete other related projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

Minimum Qualifications
Education & Prior Job Experience
- Three years of experience in an analytical role, with demonstrated expertise in developing dashboards and scorecards
- Proven track record of using innovative thinking skills with a high degree of motivation and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience/training

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong ability to drive results while collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to understand and anticipate stakeholder needs
- Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams by developing and fostering collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, both formal and informal, with the ability to present findings effectively to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience/training
- Experience developing comprehensive reporting and scorecards for leaders and teams at all levels, including C-suite executives
- Strong experience communicating outcomes and insights effectively with stakeholders across the organization
- Familiarity with DevOps Research & Assessment (DORA) and other engineering metrics frameworks
- Experience working with agile development teams
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT operations
