ABOUT NYMBUS:

Nymbus is a modern fintech company delivering technology solutions to banks and credit unions. We operate in a highly regulated environment and partner closely with financial institutions to power modern core transformations and broader outsourced digital banking brand solutions.

We are looking for a senior leader to serve as our Head of Client Marketing, responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and evolution of marketing across our portfolio of digital banking brands.

This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, marketing strategy, and delivery excellence. You are not just overseeing work. You are accountable for outcomes. You ensure that every engagement delivers measurable growth, strengthens partnerships, and expands the role we play in our clients’ businesses.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Nymbus is a remote-first organization. This position is fully remote; however, occasional travel may be required for client meetings or designated team gatherings.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Head of Client Marketing, you bring an agency mindset, with the ability to lead multiple client relationships simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for strategic thinking and execution. You understand how to navigate complex organizations, influence senior stakeholders, and translate business objectives into marketing strategies that drive impact.

This is an AI-native environment. You instinctively look for ways to integrate AI into workflows, strategy development, and execution to improve speed, quality, and insight. You see AI not just as a tool, but as a fundamental shift in how marketing is done, and you push both internal teams and clients to evolve accordingly.

You are responsible for the full lifecycle of client marketing, from strategy through execution. This includes shaping positioning, go-to-market plans, growth strategies, and ongoing optimization. You partner closely with creative, product, delivery teams and execution partners to ensure work is cohesive, effective, and aligned to client goals.

We are not looking for someone who manages the status quo. You challenge conventional approaches, bring new ideas to the table, and push both clients and teams to think bigger. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving quickly, and continuously refining how we work.
