Must Have Skills :

Strong hands-on experience with Hightouch including audience syncs, destinations, and pipelines

• Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts (e.g., modeling, transformations, data validation)
  

• Experience working with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
  

Good to Have Skills :

Familiarity with reverse ETL tools similar to Hightouch such as Census

• Knowledge of marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  

• Basic understanding of APIs and data integration workflows
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain data syncs between data warehouse and business tools using Hightouch

• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
  

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and sync performance
