They are seeking a Junior Proxy Product Owner to assist in managing projects, gathering client requirements, and collaborating with various stakeholders while providing support to experienced Proxy Product Owners.
Responsibilities
- Attending project meetings with the Proxy Product Owners and all stakeholders (Polish Team, MasterBorn Board Members)
- Shadowing Proxy Product Owners while collaborating with them on ongoing projects
- Gathering requirements from clients, managing their needs, and maintaining transparency of the process (i.e. maintaining the product roadmap)
- Leading tech team of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers
- Learning best practices & growing
- Gathering valuable knowledge from certified courses and books recommended by our Team
- Learning how to describe business processes and how to extract business requirements from a client and ask the right questions
