Position Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced professional to lead our compliance monitoring and analytics initiatives. The Manager, Compliance Analytics will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compliance monitoring frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
This position offers an exceptional blend of technical data analysis and compliance management, addressing both pharmacy and front-end operations at arenaflex. You'll ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards across the entire scope of our business operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify compliance gaps and implement effective remediation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
As a Manager, Compliance Analytics at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Compliance Risk Assessments: Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive compliance risk assessments for business activities within your assigned area of responsibility. You'll identify potential compliance gaps, evaluate risk levels, and develop strategic recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
- Monitoring Framework Development: Design and develop risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and protocols that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This includes establishing clear procedures, timelines, and accountability measures.
- Data Analysis Execution: Plan and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Monitoring Analysis Director. You'll leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Results Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report monitoring results to stakeholders, providing clear explanations of findings and their implications for business operations. You'll translate technical analysis into business-friendly language.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports of monitoring results and provide strategic recommendations to business leaders for use in mitigating potential compliance risks. Your insights will directly inform executive decision-making.
- Documentation and Remediation: Prepare and design reports of monitoring activities, results, and related corrective action plans (CAPs). You'll ensure proper documentation for audit purposes and track remediation efforts to completion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with compliance officers, legal teams, operations managers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage of compliance requirements across all business units.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance compliance monitoring processes, tools, and methodologies. Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact arenaflex operations.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience developing statistics, analyzing data, and converting it into actionable information that can be used to identify potential risk areas or trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with data analytical tools and processes. Strong familiarity with data extraction, mining, and management methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: At least 4 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management experience.
- Analytical Capabilities: Strong understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to apply them to real-world business scenarios.
- SQL Expertise: Advanced skills in developing and troubleshooting SQL queries for large-scale database management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing capability within a regulated industry.
- Experience with regulatory compliance requirements relating to retail pharmacy and/or healthcare provider industries.

- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within the organization, including C-suite executives.

- Advanced skills in extracting and mining data, coupled with expertise in data acquisition, profiling, managing data warehouses, and understanding statistical concepts such as regression, data science, and machine learning.

- Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance Professional (CCP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
