As the Manager of Data & Analytics Visualizations, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our business partners to make informed decisions through cutting-edge data visualization solutions. What You'll Do
As an integral member of our Stage Management Digital Services Product Delivery team, you will be responsible for enabling data analysis, generating insights, and creating visualizations for the North America Operating Unit (NAOU). Your work will directly influence how our organization approaches strategic planning and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Data and Analytics Leads: Work directly with Data and Analytics Leads, Product Managers, and Operating Unit colleagues to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into tangible data products that drive business value.
- Analyze Multiple Data Sources: Examine and act upon various data sources, including both proprietary and partner-generated data, to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed.
- Become a Super User: Master the dashboards, datasets, and models created and published by data engineers and scientists, becoming the go-to expert for understanding and maximizing these tools.
- Support Data Products and Initiatives: Contribute to the delivery of new analytical visualization solutions by serving as a subject matter expert, assisting with testing, and developing user stories to ensure we deliver quality data and insights to our internal clients.
- Conduct Business Analysis: Perform comprehensive business and data analysis to assess performance and guide strategy, ensuring that data plays a disciplined role in building insights and capabilities for overall evaluation and planning.
- Advocate for Data-Driven Culture: Extract additional value from analysis by serving as a champion for data and insights, empowering and driving adoption of self-service analysis across the organization through framework-wide capabilities.
- Transform Complex Data: Convert large volumes of complex data into clear, actionable business insights that stakeholders can readily understand and act upon.
- Drive Innovation: Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data visualization and analytics, continuously seeking new ways to enhance insight delivery and value.

Essential Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with various analytical visualization tools, with particular emphasis on PowerBI capability.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to derive clear insights from complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Data Management: Experience manipulating large datasets and generating insights using SQL, Alteryx, and Google Analytics.
- Business Acumen: Familiarity with internal and third-party data sources including Nielsen, marketplace, performance, volume, and revenue data.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to filter through data, perform analysis, identify critical information, and develop solution-oriented decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Experience with additional visualization platforms such as Tableau or Looker
- Background in consumer goods or retail analytics
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their business applications
- Experience working in agile environments
