What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences from the comfort of your home office. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction Excellence: Handle inbound customer inquiries with empathy, patience, and professionalism. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and your ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully will set the tone for their entire experience with arenaflex.
  • Problem Resolution: Utilize your strong analytical skills and independent decision-making abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently. You'll assess each situation, identify the best course of action, and follow through to ensure complete resolution.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and policies. This expertise will enable you to provide accurate information and guide customers through various processes with confidence.
  • De-escalation Mastery: Employ exceptional de-escalation techniques to manage challenging conversations. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, listen actively, and find mutually beneficial solutions will be critical to your success.
  • Documentation and Follow-up: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using our state-of-the-art CRM systems. Ensure proper follow-up procedures are completed to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in feedback sessions, contribute ideas for process improvements, and stay current with evolving customer service best practices.
  • Compliance Adherence: Follow all regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure every interaction meets the highest standards of security and compliance.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (in any industry)
  • Ability to work remotely in the continental United States
  • Must be located in the U.S. (We are unable to consider applicants from California, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time)

Work from Home Technology Requirements

To ensure you can deliver the excellent service our customers deserve, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Secure Home Office Environment: A dedicated workspace free from background noise and distractions
  • Private Internet Connection: A reliable, private internet connection provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP). Cellular data and hotspot connections are not permitted.
  • Network Security: A password-protected private network where you have ownership or line of sight to every device connected
  • Internet Speed: Minimum download speeds of 5Mbps on VPN (10+ Mbps preferred). You can validate your speed by visiting any major search engine and running a speed test.
  • Connection Type: Both hardwired (ethernet) and secure WiFi connections are acceptable, provided speed and security requirements are met.

Note: arenaflex reserves the right to request proof of internet provider, speed, and service package. Requirements are subject to change as new systems and technology are implemented. We provide 60 days notice for any modifications to internet service requirements.

Compensation & Benefits
