What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to patients and customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Multi-Channel Customer Engagement: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms to address their questions, concerns, and needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Issue Resolution: Calmly and creatively resolve customer issues while working to de-escalate tense situations. Your goal is to turn every interaction into a positive experience.
- Escalation Management: Identify when issues require escalation to specialized teams and ensure smooth handoffs while maintaining detailed documentation.
- Payment Processing: Assist customers with payment requests, billing inquiries, and transaction processing with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Documentation & Reporting: Track all call-related information, interactions, and outcomes for auditing, quality assurance, and reporting purposes.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide constructive feedback on call issues, process improvements, and customer experience enhancements to help us constantly evolve.

Essential Requirements:
- Residency: Must be a current resident of the state of Ohio.
- Work Environment: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment with minimal distractions.
- Age Requirement: Must be over 18 years of age.
- Education: High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and proficiency in navigating Windows operating systems.
- Communication: Proven oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
- Problem-Solving: Strong logical problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Organization: Excellent organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer Service Background: Six months of customer service experience is preferred but not required – we train the right candidates!
Work from Home Requirements:
- Internet Connection: Minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 MBPS or higher.
- Upload Speed: Minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 MBPS or higher.
- Connection Quality: Internet service provider must have no packet loss and ping under 30MS.
- Speed Verification: Proof of internet speed will be required.
