Job description:
Online Fitness Coach – BYLT by Britt
BYLT by Britt is looking for an experienced, high-level Online Fitness Coach to join our team.
This is not a basic “reply to check-ins” coaching role—we are looking for a coach who can think critically, lead clients with confidence, create real transformation, and drive strong client retention.
Our ideal coach understands that coaching is more than programming—it is leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and helping women create lasting results.
This is a remote position starting at 20 hours per week, with strong potential for additional hours and leadership opportunities as your client load and performance grow.
Core work days are Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend support as needed. Weekly team meetings and coaching trainings are required.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level coaching and support to clients through written communication inside our coaching app
• Review weekly check-in forms, progress photos, biometrics, food logs, and training logs
• Deliver strategic coaching and adjustments—not surface-level responses
• Customize and update training programs, macros, meal plans, cardio, and habits based on client progress
• Coach clients through fat loss, reverse dieting, maintenance phases, hormonal health, and body recomposition
• Own client retention and re-sign conversations by building trust, results, and long-term buy-in
• Complete Loom check-ins and occasional Zoom calls when needed for support, clarity, and retention
• Maintain a high-touch, luxury client experience through strong communication and accountability
Qualifications
• Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent certification (Required)
• Minimum 2+ years coaching experience (online coaching preferred)
• Strong understanding of progressive overload, macro tracking, reverse dieting, hormonal health, and women’s fitness
• Experience coaching women through fat loss, muscle building, and lifestyle transformation
• Strong written communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to lead difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism
• Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and fitness coaching platforms like Trainerize
• Fast, accurate typing and strong organization skills
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a motivated female coach who:
• Takes ownership without constant direction
• Understands retention matters just as much as results
• Can balance empathy with accountability
• Creates strong client relationships and trust
• Wants to grow within a serious, fast-moving coaching company
This is for someone who wants to be part of building something elite—not someone looking for a side hobby.
Compensation & Schedule
Starting Pay: $2,000/month based on initial client load
Pay increases based on:
• Client load
• Client retention
• Re-sign performance
• Leadership and team contribution
Schedule Expectations
• Log into coaching platform 3x daily minimum
• Weekly Monday check-in deadlines are non-negotiable
• Weekly team meetings required
• Monthly coaching trainings required
