To strengthen our Sales Team in the US, we are looking for a full-time
Regional Sales Manager - East USA LVL (m/f/d)
to start as soon as possible working from the East coast of the US
What you will be responsible for:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across the Eastern US
- Identify, pursue, and close large, strategic business opportunities
- Develop and implement account growth plans focused on upselling and cross-selling
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, purchasing teams, and operational stakeholders
- Support product positioning, technical presentations, and customer training
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape regional strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, forecasts, logistics, and customer onboarding
- Travel 25-50% within the region for customer calls, trade shows, and site visits
What we are looking for:
- 7-10 years of sales experience in EWP, lumber, or other wood-related construction materials
- Demonstrated success managing key accounts and acquiring new customers
- Strong technical understanding of wood products and applications
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Willingness to travel regularly within the East US region
- Valid driver’s license
