They are seeking a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong client pipeline while engaging with potential clients and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- The Business Development Executive will engage with potential clients, conduct meetings and presentations, and maintain ongoing communication to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
- Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports on business development activities
- Prospect & Research: Identify and research potential clients in the creative and digital media space
- Lead Generation Tools: Use platforms like Apollo.io, /ZoomInfo/Lusha to build and manage a high-quality lead pipeline
- Outreach Campaigns: Run personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn using tools like Lemlist, /Instantly/ Clay
- CRM Management: Keep our CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) organized and up to date
- Target Hitter: Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead and conversion targets
- Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Team and Team Managers to convert leads into loyal clients
- Value Selling: Clearly communicate the value of INTIGLY’s services using your industry knowledge
- Campaign Optimisation: Write, test, and refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing accounts
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, ideally in a creative agency or service-based business
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads that convert into revenue
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A data-driven mindset with a knack for experimentation and optimization
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM platforms
- Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on building and managing a robust sales pipeline
- Strong Business acumen and Communication skills to engage decision-makers and present value propositions effectively
- Experience in Account Management, including nurturing client relationships and supporting long-term partnerships
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in creative, marketing, or related service industries
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Bengaluru, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and, ideally, additional regional languages
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office or Google Workspace applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented, with a willingness to work on a commission-based compensation structure
