Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Call Center Customer Service Administrator to join the careerzynith service team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, handling post‑sale inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and performing quality‑assurance reviews of completed field tickets. You will act as a liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal support teams, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while still providing the structure and support of a collaborative, high‑performing team.
