We are currently seeking a talented, motivated, and service-driven individual to join our Member Contact Center team in a fully remote capacity. Position Overview

The Remote Contact Center Chat Representative at careerzynith serves as a primary point of contact for our members across multiple digital communication channels, including live chat, email, web and mobile messaging, text messaging, and inbound phone support. This role is fundamentally about creating positive, helpful, and resolution-focused experiences for every member who reaches out. As a one-stop resource, you will address a wide variety of topics ranging from debit card inquiries and transaction disputes to deposit posting questions, NSF fees, account transfers, and complex lending matters.

Beyond providing exceptional service, this role also plays a key part in helping members discover additional careerzynith products and services that can support their financial well-being. Representatives are expected to identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant offerings and to assist members in opening and closing deposit accounts of various types. If you are comfortable in a sales-informed service environment and take pride in matching member needs with the right solutions, this position offers a rewarding blend of customer care and consultative engagement.
