**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty) at arenaflex, you'll work from home and be responsible for:
* Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs
* Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing
* Processing new and/or amended enrollments
* Ensuring our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
* Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* An active license to sell Property and Casualty insurance
* A high school diploma or GED
* A passion for helping others
* A patient and empathetic nature
* The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
* Fluency in English (Bilingual Spanish/English a plus)
