What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company to customers who need assistance. Your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding service through inbound phone calls, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression. This role requires a unique blend of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Customer Inquiries: Respond professionally and efficiently to customer calls of varying types, including questions about services, billing concerns, technical issues, and general inquiries. You'll be trained to address a wide range of customer needs with confidence and expertise.
- Active Listening & Problem Resolution: Utilize exceptional active listening skills to fully understand customer concerns. Employ probing questions when necessary to gather additional information and provide tailored solutions that meet each customer's unique needs.
- Sales Performance: Leverage your natural selling abilities to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify opportunities to present additional services or products that can enhance the customer experience while contributing to company revenue goals.
- Customer Retention: Manage and overcome objections related to subscription cancellations and suspension requests. Use your persuasive communication skills to understand customer concerns, address them effectively, and help reduce customer churn. Your goal is to turn potentially negative situations into positive outcomes.
- Documentation & Accuracy: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system. Ensure all information is accurately captured to support continuity of service and internal processes.
- Product & System Knowledge: Become proficient in our leading-edge technologies and systems. Stay updated on new features, policies, and procedures to provide the most accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and peers to share best practices, discuss challenging situations, and continuously improve overall team performance.

Essential Qualifications

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and basic computer applications
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally and work toward positive resolutions

- Previous experience in remote or work-from-home customer service roles
- Background in the travel, hospitality, or sharing economy industries
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- Bilingual capabilities (especially in Spanish or other major languages)

Work-From-Home Requirements
To ensure success in this remote position, all candidates must meet the following technical and workspace requirements:
- Dedicated Workspace: You must have a quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work from home. This space should be free from background noise and interruptions to ensure you can focus entirely on customer interactions.
- Internet Connectivity: A reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential. You need minimum internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download. Remember – the faster your connection, the better your experience will be!
- Wired Connection Required: You must have an in-house network with a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates. Please note that wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems.
- Smartphone: You must possess a smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer. You will be required to download and maintain our company communication app, which is essential for staying connected with your team and receiving important updates.

Financial Compensation
- Competitive Pay Rate: Earn between $15.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience and performance
