Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative position is an essential, front-line role that serves as the vital connection between our brand and our Athletes. In this position, you will be the voice of arenaflex, assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries and ensuring they receive the highest level of support throughout their purchase journey. This is a remote position based in the United States, offering the flexibility to work from home while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Our evening shift runs from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST, and we have multiple shift schedules available to accommodate different availability. All schedules require working at least one weekend day, as our Athletes rely on us when they need us most. We understand the importance of work-life balance and strive to create schedules that work for our team members while meeting business needs.
