As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the trusted voice helping policyholders understand and manage their insurance coverage. This is an inbound call-only role — there is absolutely no cold calling involved. Your day will be focused on receiving, reviewing, and processing inbound calls from customers who have questions about their auto and property insurance policies. Callers may reach out to ask about policy coverage, billing inquiries, or the need to make modifications to their existing policies. You will be the knowledgeable, reassuring guide who helps them find clear answers and effective solutions.
During your initial onboarding period, while you wait for your state insurance license to be issued, you will focus exclusively on handling billing-related calls. careerzynith is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance. Compensation for this role ranges from $15.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience, shift, and performance. Bonus opportunities are also available. Expected hours are no less than 37.5 to 40 hours per week, with full-time status.
