Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to serve as a Service Administrator for careerzynith. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, and perform quality‑assurance reviews of completed service tickets. Key Responsibilities
