Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Progressive Insurance is seeking a lead data analyst within their Customer Relationship Management organization. The role involves shaping customer data processes and partnering with teams to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Shape how customer data is identified, matched, governed, and leveraged across the enterprise
- Support the tuning and optimization of probabilistic matching logic to enhance match performance and customer experience
- Partner closely with business and technology teams to deliver measurable improvements in data quality and enrichment, operational efficiency, and customer experience
- Enable faster onboarding of new products, partners, and data sources
- Support a multi-year effort to evolve customer data capabilities and modernize dashboards, reporting, and leadership-facing insights
Skills
- A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Snowflake and SQL expertise, with experience in analytics languages (Python, R, or SAS) and building dashboards/visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and connect data insights to business outcomes
- Proactive approach with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience working with customer or enterprise data
- Good communication and partnership skills, enabling effective collaboration with multi-functional teams
