They are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their paid media team, where the role involves planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conduct keyword, audience, and retargeting research to support campaign objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing
- Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve results
- Create client-facing performance reports and present key insights
- Assist with campaign strategy, testing, and optimization
- Collaborate with creative, social, PR, and account teams on integrated marketing campaigns
- Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities
Skills
- 2+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with Google and digital marketing analytics
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
- Agency experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Looker Studio, or Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and conversion tracking
- Knowledge of automotive, outdoor, luxury lifestyle, or enthusiast markets
