Swoon is seeking a hands-on Endpoint Security Engineer to support enterprise-wide endpoint security initiatives and security platform migrations. This role focuses on securing endpoint environments, managing security tooling, and driving the transition between security platforms and environments.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and support enterprise endpoint security solutions
- Configure and manage EDR, endpoint telemetry, antivirus, and access management tools
- Support large-scale security tool migrations and endpoint modernization efforts
- Investigate vulnerabilities and security findings to improve overall security posture
- Secure Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, including developer workstations
- Collaborate with distributed security and engineering teams
Skills
- Only candidates located in EST or CST time zones will be considered
- No C2C, third-party vendors, or subcontractors
- 4+ years of cybersecurity or information technology experience
- 4+ years of endpoint security experience
- Experience securing Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
- Experience securing developer environments
- 2+ years of cloud and container technology experience
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security tools and controls
- CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, or similar EDR platforms
- BeyondTrust, Delinea, Entra, or other PAM/IAM solutions
- AWS security experience
- Vulnerability management, threat hunting, or incident response
- SIEM, log analysis, and telemetry platforms
- Python, Go, and/or SQL
