Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vanta Diagnostics is a rapidly growing national laboratory specializing in targeted molecular diagnostics. They are seeking Field Sales Representatives to promote and educate healthcare providers about their product portfolio, while managing territory plans and maintaining effective communication with staff members.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions
- Successfully develop and manage a territory plan that has you at or above targeted goals. Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management
- Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facilities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred, High School diploma required
- 6+ months minimum of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers
- Strong long-term relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards
- Reliable personal vehicle available for business use
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed
- Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring
- Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements
