They are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, focusing on lead generation and pipeline growth while collaborating closely with the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, guide, and execute go to market strategies in close collaboration with the sales team, focusing on lead generation, pipeline growth, and conversion
- Translate commercial objectives into concrete campaigns and actions, ensuring flawless execution across all channels
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data (metrics, dashboards, KPIs) and adjust where needed
- Collaborate with sales and IT to deliver consistent messaging and strong value propositions
- Think digital first, experiment with new channels and tools (AI, automation), and stay ahead in how we go to market
- Act as a point of contact for marketing questions from other departments within Information Mapping
Skills
- 5 or more years of marketing experience with proven impact on go to market, lead generation, and commercial growth (experience in IT is a plus)
- Translate strategy into concrete actions and campaigns in close collaboration with sales
- You feel comfortable working remotely in an international environment
- You have a strong interest in positioning, market approach, and growth trajectories, and you can guide and challenge organizations in these areas
- You work data driven and actively steer on KPIs, performance, and optimization
- You are digital first, experiment with AI and new tools, and translate innovation into concrete business impact
- You thrive in an ambitious, growing environment with room for ownership, speed, and initiative
